Admin and Email replies handling

We require an experienced freelancer to efficiently handle incoming correspondence and routine admin tasks for our growing business. Key responsibilities include reviewing all emails received through our general inbox and responding appropriately based on predefined templates. The selected freelancer will be responsible for prioritizing messages, conducting initial responses to address common queries, and escalating more complex issues to our internal teams as necessary. Experience with customer support, message handling workflows and a solution-oriented mindset is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills and be highly organized with an ability to multi-task effectively across correspondence from multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred.
