This is Mostafa from the VM team at Speak4East, and I’m seeking freelancers for an Audio Data Collection project.
The Project aims to collect natural code-switching conversation data (i.e., alternating between two languages in a single conversation turn) to improve Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) capabilities, focusing on multilingual call center scenarios (financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, etc., for high-value customer interactions).
Note: Agencies are welcome to participate in this project.
