Job Description:
Translate/proofread clinical trial documents, and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) documents, including but not limited to CSP (Clinical Study Protocol), CSR (Clinical Study Report), ICF (Informed Consent Form), IB (Investigator’s Brochures), DSUR, SUSAR, Pharmacy manuals, and CMC documents, etc.
Translate/proofread the update version of CSP, CSR, ICF, CMC, and other medical files.
Translate the above documents in Microsoft Word file, or in Trados Studio/XTM, or other CAT tools.
Qualifications:
Native speaker of the target language. (Mandatory)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in life science translation
Bachelor’s degree or above in translation, medical, pharmacy, life science, or a related field is preferred
Solid understanding of ICH guidelines and drug regulations in the target country
Proficient in MedDRA, WHO, and CTCAE terminology, with skilled adaptation to translation practices for updated medical documents.
Bilingual proficiency in English and the target language
Highly detail-oriented with a strong track record of meeting deadlines
Open to individual translators only (Agencies please do not apply)
CAT Tool requirements:
Trados Studio/XTM or other CAT tool upon clients’ needs.
