We are building our in-house localization team and looking for professional translators and proofreaders/editors specialized in video game localization to join our pool of freelance collaborators.
Requirements:
• Native speaker of the target language (German, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, or Russian).
• Strong command of English.
• Proven experience in video game localization (preferably 2+ years).
Recommended:
• Familiarity with MemoQ.
• Certification proving a C1 or C2 level in English.
Current project
We are currently working on a new indie RPG which need to be translated and proofread (about 3.500 words in total).
If the collaboration goes well, we’d be happy to keep you in mind for our upcoming Stratospheric projects!
Please note: Selected candidates will be required to sign a freelance agreement and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting any collaboration.
Payment Info
• Preferred payment currency: EUR (Euro)
• Payment schedule: Payment will be made within 30 days (NET 30) from the invoice issue date, provided that the final delivered files have been approved.
• Payment method: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise.
Other payment options may be considered upon request. Feel free to indicate your preferred method in the application form.
