Project Scope
Source language: Arabic (Lebanese dialect)
Target language: English
Some source files may contain French content
Source files are audio files only
Estimated volume:
Approximately 130,000 audio files
Approximately 5 million words
Services Required
Transcription (Arabic Lebanese)
Translation (Arabic Lebanese → English)
Both services are required:
With time coding
Without time coding
Please provide your rates per audio minute for:
Transcription only (with and without time coding)
Translation only (with and without time coding)
Transcription + Translation (with and without time coding), if available
Vendor Requirements
The vendor must be thoroughly tested and qualified
Ability to meet and pass ISO certification requirements is mandatory
If possible, please also include:
Expected turnaround capacity per month
Quality assurance process
Relevant ISO certifications currently held
