Acclaro is seeking an experienced linguist to take on the pivotal role of Language Lead for the Slovak Community. This is a high-impact position where you’ll ensure linguistic excellence across projects and guide a team of professionals toward success.
✨ What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily quality monitoring through QAs in WordsOnline (our online portal).
• Conduct live performance checks of linguists and provide constructive feedback.
• Track and analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each project.
• Take proactive actions to maintain and elevate quality standards.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
• Native Slovak speaker
• Minimum 5 years of professional translation experience
• Proven expertise with CAT tools / online platforms
• Experience in project management and language leading
