I am reaching out to you with a proposal for potential long-term cooperation.
For one of our long-standing clients, with whom we have been working continuously since 2011, we provide technical, medical and marketing translation services. To date, these have primarily involved language combinations from German and English.
The client would now like to extend the scope of cooperation to include Dutch, and we are therefore looking for a suitable translator for regular collaboration.
Assignments are always sent by email and typically range from 500 to 6,000 words. We work exclusively with translations into the translator’s native language. Projects are carried out using various CAT tools, most commonly Trados, Across and memoQ.
The services we most frequently commission include:
translation,
proofreading,
MTPE (post-editing of high-quality machine translation).

your areas of specialisation,
the CAT tools you use,
your rates (per source word – separately for translation, proofreading and MTPE),
your hourly rate.
Invoices are issued once a month, with a payment term of up to 30 days from the invoice date. For initial assignments, we can exceptionally offer immediate payment upon completion of the project.
