We are looking for speakers with strong language skills and professional backgrounds to participate in group discussions that will help enhance multilingual workplace communication tools.
Requirements:
✔️Professional experience in one or more of the following fields:
– Project Management / Operations
– Business / Sales / Marketing
– IT / Engineering / Technical Fields
– Human Resources / Organizational Policy
– Product / Design / UX
– Academic or Research background
✔️Native proficiency in either English or Hindi
✔️Ability to engage in natural, unscripted conversation
✔️Comfortable participating in a 6-person group discussion
✔️Willingness to occasionally speak over others (light overlap is encouraged)
✔️Able to stay on topic while sounding conversational and natural
What You Will Do:
– Complete a 30-minute paid training session to learn about the project and tools
– Join 3 group conversation sessions, each lasting 3–5 minutes
– Use a simple online recording tool (similar to Zoom, but without a camera)
– Each 5-minute session will take about 30 minutes including setup; total time commitment is around 2 hours, scheduled at your convenience.
