Task Description: The task involves reviewing a prerecorded video featuring speakers using Chinese Sign Language (CSL) and providing an accurate English interpretation and transcription. This content will then be used to produce English subtitles.

Target deliverable: English subtitle file in SRT format
Video duration: Approximately 5 minutes
