We are looking for two independent translators for the forward translation of a short medical questionnaire (G8 geriatric screening tool – 8 itens/simple medical questions), from English to European Portuguese (PT-PT).
Project details:
• Text length: approx. 250 words
• Field: Medical / Oncology / Geriatrics
• Purpose: Academic research – validation study
• Use: Non-commercial
Requirements:
• Native speaker of European Portuguese (Portugal)
• Fluent in English
• Preferably with experience with medical or healthcare-related texts; familiarity with questionnaires or patient-reported outcome measures is a plus
Important notes:
• Translation must preserve the conceptual meaning of the original items
• No changes to structure, response options, or scoring
• This translation will be performed independently from another translator
