SME for Customer Support Executive Training (ILT PPT Development)
We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of ILT training material (Facilitator PPTs only) for a 27-hour training program. The content will be developed entirely from scratch.
Project Scope
Develop ILT content and facilitator PPTs for Customer Support Executive training
Target audience: College graduates (Science & Commerce streams) and general learners
Training context: Blended customer support role (voice, chat, email)
Include simple role plays and case studies within the PPT content
No client calls required — collaboration will be limited to the internal development team
Pilot delivery timeline: February 2026
Additional Note
If the SME already has existing content relevant to the listed topics, please indicate whether you are willing to license the content for repurposing at a mutually agreed price.
Required Experience
Strong background in Customer Support / BPO / CX training
Experience in ILT content development / facilitator-led training decks
Ability to structure content for a 27-hour comprehensive program
