We are currently recruiting Japanese native speakers to participate in a Japanese–English conversation recording project.
This is not a vendor-only or studio-only role — individuals or small groups are welcome to join as long as you can participate with a partner.
📌 Project Overview
Participants: Japanese native speakers communicating in English
Participation format: 2 people per group (pair)
Recording duration: Up to 120 minutes per pair
Recording type: New recordings only
💰 Payment Rate
– USD 110 per valid hour per group of two participants
– Payment is based on approved (QC-passed) audio only
🎙️ Recording Setup (Simple & Guided)
– Human speakers only (no AI or synthetic voices)
– Two participants must be physically together
– Recorded in two quiet rooms
– Microphones + audio interface (sound card)
– Multi-channel recording (2 microphones → 1 sound card)
– Recording will be done using our provided multi-channel tool
(clear technical guidance will be shared — no prior studio experience required)

Selected participants will start with a small pilot:
– 1 pair (you + your partner)
– 60–120 minutes
– Submit raw + edited/QC files (instructions provided)
