Administrative Support

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and help keep operations organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

Manage email inbox and calendar efficiently

Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments

Prepare and format documents such as CVs, professional profiles, and summaries

Coordinate communication with clients or partners when needed

Maintain organized records and files

Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

Strong written communication skills

Good time management and organizational abilities

Experience with email, calendars, and document preparation

Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Previous experience as a virtual or administrative assistant

Familiarity with CV formatting and professional profiles

Basic knowledge of remote work tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
