📢 SME Support Required – Multilingual AI Interview Testing
We have received a new requirement to test a newly launched Multilingual AI Interview feature, and we are looking for suitable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support this activity.
🔹 Languages to be tested:
French
Spanish
Vietnamese
🔹 Scope of Testing (End-to-End AI Interview Validation):
SMEs will conduct full interview test runs and validate the following:
1️⃣ Language Accuracy
Correct pronunciation, grammar, and sentence structure
No mixing with English or other languages
Transcript accuracy vs. spoken output
Natural, conversational voice (not robotic)
2️⃣ Speech-to-Text Accuracy
Accuracy of candidate response transcription
3️⃣ Question Quality
Relevance to selected subjects and skills
Suitability for the expected proficiency level
Natural and meaningful questions in the selected language
4️⃣ Interview Flow & Experience
Smooth interview flow (introduction, follow-ups, and closure)
Identification of delays, voice issues, or transcription errors
No vulgar or explicit questions
Interview remains on track if the candidate asks questions
Consistency and quality across multiple attempts
🔹 Deliverables:
Clear observations for each test run
Examples/screenshots/audio references wherever issues are noticed
Consolidated feedback report per language
