Responsibilities:
• Maintain and ensure master data integrity in key systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve data quality by identifying issues and applying appropriate error detection, correction, and process improvement strategies.
• Support the implementation of data standards, ownership rules, and replication guidelines to ensure secure access and accurate data sets.
• Develop, document, and maintain master data management processes in collaboration with functional data owners.
• Assist in managing master data requirements and ongoing data quality activities.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure alignment of master data rules with system and operational requirements.
• Utilize computer applications and business software effectively to support data management tasks.
• Support daily operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data elements, and data relationships across the organization.
Qualifications:
• Strong Romanian communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) — B2.1 certification or above required
• Strong English communication skills
