We are looking for Thai and Vietnamese voiceover services for ongoing and upcoming projects.
At this stage, we are collecting flexible pricing information for internal budgeting and vendor onboarding.
Project scope and script length may vary.
Typical working scope (for reference):
Script length: Commonly 300–400 words per script, however word count may vary
Voice style: Neutral / natural (commercial, corporate, online content)
Sync: Non-lip-sync
Usage: Online / social media / website (paid + organic), worldwide
⚠️ Important pricing requirement:
As script length may vary from project to project, please provide scalable pricing, preferably:
– Per finished minute, and/or
– Per word
***Flat or bundled pricing is acceptable, but please clearly explain how pricing scales when word count differs.
Please include the following in your proposal:
1. Languages you can support (Thai, Vietnamese, or both)
2. Rate structure
– Per finished minute and/or per word
– Minimum charge (if any)
3. Standard and Premium rates (if applicable)
– Please explain differences between tiers (e.g. talent level, QC, revisions, audio finishing)
4. Turnaround time and rush fees (if any)
