1. Identify appropriate tenders
Find genuine, winnable security tenders suited to a small supplier
Avoid large multi-site or ACS-only requirements
Focus on manned guarding, mobile patrols, concierge, or small site coverage
2. Assess suitability
Check eligibility requirements
Confirm whether the tender is realistic for a small company (1–4 guards, not ACS yet)
3. Complete the full bid submission
Write all tender responses
Prepare quality answers (method statements, mobilisation plan, KPIs, etc.)
Ensure compliance with tender specifications
Support with pricing structure if needed
