We are seeking a Polish Linguist based in India who can assist with handling IT Service Desk L1 support over voice / chat.
Project Overview:
• The candidates are expected to be fluent in vocal language.
• The work profile will be of handling IT Service Desk L1 support over voice / chat.
• This is more of L1 tech support for PC and related issues.
• This is full time 3 months project.
Pricing Expectation:
We are expecting per-month pricing, for onsite/remote task.
