On-site Work Location: Building 3, Vanke Cuihu International, Haidian District, Beijing
Working Hours: Aligned with Honor’s schedule. Holidays are observed in accordance with China’s official public holiday arrangements.
Flexible Working Hours (Monday-Friday): 08:30 – 18:00. Morning check-in can be flexibly adjusted to 9:30, provided that the average daily working hours do not fall below 8 hours per month. Any shortfall must be made up before the end of the workday.
Break Periods: 12:30 – 14:00 & 18:00 – 18:30. Break time is not counted towards working hours.
Weekends: Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday).
Job Responsibilities:
1.Undertake translation work from English to European Spanish.
2.Compose or revise technical documents as required.
3.Conduct language testing on end products.
4.Research and update language assets, such as style guides and glossaries.
5.Perform cultural adaptation and localization work.
6.Conduct peer comparison analysis on end products, extract and share valuable insights to support the improvement of Honor products.
Job Requirements:
1.Native proficiency in the target language (European Spanish) and be willing to accept the above requirements to work in China.
2.Native-level proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
3.Intuitive understanding of the presentation methods and structure of information.
4.Hold a degree in translation, linguistics, computer science, or a related field.
5.Have 3-5 years of experience in translation, writing, editing, and localization using Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
6.Experience in information and communication technology (ICT) products is preferred.
7.Possess empathy and the ability to think from the user’s perspective.
8.Have flexible problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues from multiple perspectives.
9.Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working under pressure.
