Project Details:
• Language Pair: English to Vietnamese
• Expertise Required: Tourism & Hospitality
• Project Type: Remote, full-time
• Position: Vietnamese LLM specialist (AI Trainer)
• Tool: Client’s platform
• Expected Start From: ASAP in December
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Machine Translation Quality Assessment (MT LQA).
• Promptly conduct root cause analysis of machine translation errors, identify problematic steps, and assist the Requester in resolving issues.
• Review and annotate data assets.
• Summarize issues encountered during the machine translation process and assist in generating appropriate prompts.
• AI defects bug verification.
Candidate Requirements:
• Availability of full-time for 8 working hours per day (9AM to 6PM, with one hour break), Monday to Friday, commitment for at least 3 months.
• Must be at or close to GMT +7 time zone.
• Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Extensive experience in translation and language quality assessment. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with data governance and review is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
