Multilingual Localization Translation Service Provider Recruitment
Project Overview
-We are now publicly inviting qualified translation agencies to participate in our long-term partnership program for multilingual localization projects. The project requires the following language pairs:English → Bulgarian、English → Croatian、English → Czech、English → Danish、English → Hungarian、English → Italian、English → Romanian、English → Serbian、English → Slovak、English → Slovenian、English → Malay、Chinese (Hong Kong) → Chinese (Mainland)、English → Australian English
Service Requirements
-Team Qualifications:
Must be a registered translation agency or small studio with proven capability in managing multilingual projects;
Translators for target languages must be native speakers with at least 2 years of relevant field experience.
-Content Types:
Technical documentation, user interface (UI) texts, in-vehicle system copy, product manuals, etc.;
Some projects may require iterative revisions and agile collaboration processes.
-Collaboration Requirements:
Agency base preference given to teams located in regions with ≤4 hours time difference from China;

Additional Notes:
-After initial review, a free test translation (approx. 40 words) will be assigned for each language pair
-The project is scheduled to commence around late 2025 or early 2026.
-If successfully selected, the entire project will be contracted to the agency.
-The average monthly demand per language pair for the project is fifteen thousand words.
