We are preparing a large-scale Vietnamese natural conversation recording project, and we are reaching out to potential vendor partners who can support participant recruitment and recording operations. Below is the project summary for your reference.

Project Overview:
– Total participants required: 1,500 Vietnamese native speakers (recorded in pairs)
– Accent: Hanoi preferred (Native Vietnamese speakers)
– Age range: 18–60
– Gender balance required: M/F = 1:1
– Each participant may join only once

Recording formats:
Method 1 — Microphone + Sound Card setup
• 2 participants in separate rooms
• Two microphones connected to one sound card
• A phone placed 1m / 3m / 5m from each speaker (random distance)
Method 2 — Mobile recording platform (Application)
• 2 participants, each in a different room
• One calls the other through the app — each phone records its own speaker only

Recording Duration & Content:
– Maximum recording time per pair: up to 120 minutes
– Each topic recorded separately — 5 to 30 minutes per segment
– Conversation must sound natural, not read or scripted
– Overlapping, interruptions, back-and-forth replies encouraged for realism

Vendor Requirements:
We only accept companies/vendors with:
– Existing participant pools in Vietnam
– Ability to recruit and manage large-scale participant groups
– Capacity to deliver multiple pairs per day
– Experience in data collection or audio recording preferred
– Ability to follow QC and re-record if needed
