Freelance Simplified Chinese to Thai Subtitle Translator
Position Summary
Deluxe’s localization arm specializes in subtitling, closed captioning and translation services for major motion picture studios, film festivals, broadcast, streaming, and cable networks.
We are currently seeking experienced Simplified Chinese to Thai subtitle translators to work on high-profile content.
Main Duties
– Translating subtitles from Simplified Chinese to Thai.
– Proofreading and editing client-provided materials.
– Conforming existing scripts/subtitle files to particular specifications of various clients.
Primary requirements
– Native speaker of Thai.
– Possess strong knowledge of Simplified Chinese.
– Have the ability to multitask on numerous projects, manage your time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
– Have a minimum of 2 years of translation experience, preferably in audiovisual translation.
– Basic English proficiency for communication is a plus.
