Rulings for School Exercise Books (lines and squares)

I need a skilled designer who has experience in producing print-ready artwork for school exercise books rulings.
For this initial project we need artwork for 8mm lines, 7mm squares and 10mm squares to fit 2 different book sizes, A4 and 32 x 24cm.
There may also be ongoing work available for redrawing school logos for printing on exercise books covers.
