Description:
We’re looking for an experienced QuickBooks expert to categorize and clean up one month of transactions for our company. The data is already imported — we just need accurate categorization based on our chart of accounts and proper tagging for income, expenses, and transfers.
Scope of Work:
Review and categorize approximately one month of bank and credit card transactions
Ensure correct mapping of accounts and vendors
Reconcile with bank statements if needed
Identify any duplicates or uncategorized items
Provide a short summary of changes once completed
Requirements:
Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting categories
Ability to finish within a few days
Deliverable:
Clean and properly categorized QuickBooks file for the month.
Duration:
One-time project (for one month’s data), potential for ongoing bookkeeping work.
