Gatcha is currently building Gatcha NYC.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time/part-time Assistant Manager role located on-site in New York, NY. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring a positive customer experience at Gatcha locations.QualificationsExperience in retail operations and managementStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyCustomer service-oriented mindsetKnowledge of arcade/FEC industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
