Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.As a Website Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. This entry-level role serves as a key connector between our creative team and our internal support team, ensuring website updates, support tickets, and new website requests are handled with clarity and care. You’ll be the main point of contact for new Spaces instances, especially for properties outside of our core custom website program. You’ll gather the right information, communicate with clients, and coordinate internally to make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll report directly to the Website Development Manager.This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, likes systems and processes, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, sees the bigger picture, and is eager to grow in a dynamic agency setting.What You’ll Do…Act as the liaison between our creative team and the internal support team, ensuring requests are submitted correctly and followed through to completionManage incoming requests for new Spaces instances, including coordinating setup and gathering assetsOwn support workflows for Spaces instances outside of our custom website programSubmit bugs and new feature requests on behalf of clients, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely updatesCommunicate with clients in a timely and professional manner, guiding them through the processCollaborate closely with our Website Development Manager, designers, and developers to deliver accurate and on-brand resultsTrack and update project statuses to keep things movingAssist with documentation and help refine internal processesGrowth Opportunities In this role, you’ll have the chance to grow and expand your responsibilities over time. As you become more familiar with the internal processes and client needs, you could take on:Client-facing communication, responding to common inquiries and escalating more complex needs to senior team membersManaging project timelines, working alongside the Website Development Manager to ensure projects stay on trackOwning more of the post-launch support process, helping clients feel supported after go-liveAdvocating for new feature requests and process improvements based on client feedbackTracking project progress in project management systems, freeing up the leadership team to focus on high-level strategyTaking the lead in improving internal documentation and workflows for the entire website support processRequirementsWhat you offer us…Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be emailing clients daily)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and think beyond the task at handWillingness to work hard and take ownership of your responsibilitiesAbility to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyComfort with technology and a willingness to learn new platformsA team player with a can-do attitude and curiosity to growExperience in the multifamily industry or agency environment is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer You…Salary Disclosure for Colorado: hourly rate of $22 – $26.
