This Casework Associate I position is part of the Hickory EIPD Unit and is located in the Lenoir satellite office. The Casework Associate I position will serve individuals primarily with medical and physical disabilities. In many instances, individuals served have accompanying mental illness and substance use disorders which need to be addressed in service provision. The position serve consumers both in-person and remotely.Job Responsibilities Include The FollowingEvaluating professional diagnostic data to determine eligibility and required services.Developing and implementing individualized plans of rehabilitation services for eligible consumers.
