We offer a wide array of wellness and mental health initiatives, and always strive to provide promotion opportunities from within.This position is for a Data Entry Specialist based in Coral Springs, Florida.ResponsibilitiesAccurately input and maintain client account data into our systemsOrganize, review, and verify documentation for completeness and accuracySupport the Collections and Operations teams with data-related tasksProcess new client submissions and maintain records in CRM and legal platformsIdentify and correct data entry errors and inconsistenciesMonitor incoming case files, stipulations, and ACH forms for internal uploadAssist with internal reporting and system tracking as neededRequirementsExcellent typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracyStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience using data management software, CRMs, and productivity tools (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets required)Self-motivated and dependable with a strong sense of accountabilityPrior experience in collections, MCA, or legal support is a plus but not requiredAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbout UsTriton Recovery Group is a fully insured and bonded commercial collections firm licensed in the State of Florida that concentrates its practice in the Merchant Cash Advance industry and all other areas of commercial debt collections throughout the country.
