We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to join our growing Clinical Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CTA to take on a more independent role in managing clinical trial activities across multiple phases and therapeutic areas.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) required; a background in science or healthcare is preferred.Minimum 8+years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.Prior experience with clinical trial systems such as eTMF, IRT, and EDC is preferred.Maintain and manage study and program trackers to ensure accuracy and alignment.Participate in coordination of clinical trial activities and internal/external team communications.Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.Assist in the management and maintenance of electronic systems (e.g., eTMF, IRT, EDC).Provide thorough follow-up and documentation for trial activities.
