The Company with Great Benefits and certified as “A Great Place to Work”.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and administer all onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation and exit interviews.Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Assist with Verifications of Employment and other related employment verifications.Facilitate communication between employees and HR team, act as a liaison between new hires and their leaders.Assist with periodic data audits of HRIS data to ensure data consistency and accuracy.Assist employees and their leaders with accurate and timely completion of employee skill assessments and performance reviews.Assist with employment-related inquiries from employees, and leaders, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR team member.Assist with office mail, scans, and other administrative tasks.Support HR team with all internal and external HR related tasks and projects.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Must be able to visit the Chantilly office as needed for correspondence support.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or related field and/or equivalent experience.1-2 years of experience in HR preferred but not required.Effective HR administration and people management skills.Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.Fantastic organizational and time management skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Join Our Veteran-Friendly TeamAre you a veteran or a veteran spouse with expertise in telecommunications?
