French Linguists (Switzerland)

As a French linguist, you will:
Educating AI: Review and analyze AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to improve the model’s understanding and ability to apply knowledge to real-world situations. Help refine the AI’s decision-making process and problem-solving capabilities.
Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into clear, step-by-step solutions. Guide the AI through these problems to teach it how to reason and solve them effectively and logically.
Red Teaming: Assess the AI’s knowledge base for biases, inaccuracies, and gaps. Design and execute tests that push the model’s boundaries, ensuring it produces reliable and accurate outputs that meet real-world expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with AI developers and researchers to integrate feedback, contributing to the ongoing refinement and evolution of the AI system.

Qualifications. To be successful in this role, you need:
– Native Proficiency in French: Exceptional writing skills in French, with the ability to clearly communicate complex feedback and explanations.
– Residency in Switzerland: Applicants must be residents of Switzerland and have a strong understanding of local language, culture, and context.
– Education: An associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
– Professional Writing Experience: Previous experience in a writing-intensive role (e.g., researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor) is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
– AI Training Experience: While prior experience in AI-related tasks or training models is preferred, it is not mandatory. A willingness to learn and contribute to AI development is key.
