What we are looking for:
1. Life science and medical device specialized linguists.
2. Translators with an eye for detail and passion for quality.
3. Linguists that possess one of the qualifications below and present proof (i.e., diplomas and/or reference letters) thereof to Vistatec:
a. A degree in translation, linguistics or language studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education, with a significant training component in the required specialist field.
b. A degree in any other field from a recognized institution of higher education and has the equivalent of two years of full-time professional experience in linguistic work such as translation, bilingual editing, or post-editing, , or a degree in a specialist field from a recognized institution of higher education and has the equivalent of three years of full-time professional experience in linguistic work such as translation, bilingual editing, or post-editing.
c. Equivalent of five years of full-time professional experience in linguistic work such as translation, bilingual editing, or post-editing, and for specialized fields this will need to be accompanied by an official certification in the field in question.
