We are currently seeking support for a pre-processing document review and formatting task about Belarusian and Serbian, I would like to inquire about your experience and availability for this type of project.
Scope of Work:
1. Compare the extracted Word document with the original source file (PDF/Word).
2. In Track Changes mode, perform the following:
• Correct extraction errors (e.g., missing/incorrect text).
• Fix basic formatting issues: spacing, line breaks, bold/underline, superscript/subscript.
• Highlight complex formatting issues (headers/footers, page breaks, tables, etc.) via comments.
3. Ensure the final document meets these criteria:
• ① No extraction errors.
• ② No basic formatting errors.
• ③ Formatting aligns with the original source after resolving comments.
• Note: If the source is a PDF, prioritize visual consistency over exact parameter matching.
Additional Notes:
• This task is independent of the translation workflow and focuses solely on pre-processing.
• Source files may include both editable (Word) and non-editable (PDF) formats.
