Medical/Health Content Reviewer (Japanese) – Freelance/Remote
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and edit medical/health-related content (e.g., articles, reports) in Japanese.
• Ensure the accurate use of medical terminology and adherence to industry standards.
• Refine machine-translated medical texts for linguistic accuracy and natural fluency.
• Adapt sensitive health-related content to suit cultural and ethical considerations.
• Ensure compliance with medical publication best practices in the Japanese market.
• Communicate effectively in English for task coordination and feedback discussions.
Requirements:
• Native Japanese speaker with strong English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in reviewing medical/health-related content.
• Familiarity with medical and health-related terminology.
• Experience in editing/post-editing machine-translated medical texts.
• Deep understanding of cultural and ethical nuances in medical communication.
• Knowledge of medical publication standards in Japan.
