Freelance Content Writer

We’re seeking a mid-level Content Writer to help us craft compelling content that informs, engages, and converts. This freelance role (up to 40 hours per month) is ideal for a writer who excels in creating content for articles, email campaigns, and landing page copy while maintaining brand consistency.Key Responsibilities: Craft Engaging Email Campaigns: Develop email sequences, newsletters, and promotional content that resonates with our various personas.Write High-Quality Articles: Research and create insightful, SEO and AI-friendly articles on marketing planning, budgeting, and performance.Create Landing Page Copy: Write conversion-focused copy that encourages registrations, downloads, and engagement.Develop Infographic Copy: Craft concise, compelling messaging to accompany visual content.Publish on Digital Platforms: Post and optimize content in WordPress and HubSpot.Repurpose Video Content into Written Formats: Turn key insights from videos into blog posts, social media captions, or email content.Meet Deadlines: Stay on top of tasks and deadlines using Asana, and communicate project updates via Slack.Requirements:2+ years experience working with content teams or marketing departments2+ years working on platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, YouTube, Slack, and Asana.Comfortable using AI when it makes sense to expedite work.Capable of working within brand guidelines and meeting tight deadlines.Must be available 8am–12pm PST / 11am–3pm EST.Based in Canada or the United States.If you’re an organized, creative thinker who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment, we’d love to discuss how you can contribute to our team.
