Details of the project: We are seeking experienced linguistic reviewers (LCA/LQA) to conduct long- and short-text evaluations across several language pairs.
This is a long-term, ongoing project with flexible volumes (ranging from 30K to 1M+ words per stage).
Project Details:
Content: General texts sourced from open websites (various domains).
Task: Review long / short source texts and translations, annotate errors in both source and target, and ensure quality compliance.
Language Pairs:
Portuguese (ptBR) → Japanese (JA)
Italian (IT) → Japanese (JA)
Spanish (ES) → Japanese (JA)
French (FR) ↔ Japanese (JA)
German (DE) ↔ Japanese (JA)
Tool: Online platform (e.g., Memsource Cloud; training provided).
Time Estimates: ~20 min (long texts) / ~4 min (short texts).
Requirements:
Native or near-native fluency in the target language (JA/FR/DE/etc.)
3+ years of professional localization (translation/LQA/LCA experience).
Strong attention to detail & ability to annotate errors in source + target.
Reliable, communicative, and deadline-oriented.
