We have 3 video clips in Chinese.
Requirement 1: We need Chinese transcription and it’s English translation.
The scrip will later be used for a court purpose.
Requirement 2: The resource will need to sign the Affidavit confirming that he/she are proficient in both language and has done the transcription) by visiting the court in Singapore.
