We urgently need a highly professional Swedish native translator with at least three years of experience to provide part-time support on a contract basis for a few months.
Here are the key details:
Source language: English
Target language: Swedish
Contract duration: As per the client’s requirements
Services needed: Translation & Proofreading
Start date: March
Working hours: 6-8 pre-scheduled hours per week (either one full day or two half days)
Responsibilities include:
– Working on online documents such as Google Sheets or Google Docs
– Responding promptly on Slack
– Managing translation tickets in our support system (JEERA)
– Actively participating in CrowdIn
– Handling translation or proofreading of approximately 20,000 words per month (subject to change).
– The client will provide training.
The main preference is that the person is easy to reach, proactive, self-sufficient in their approach, and stays active. These qualities are key, as the team doesn’t have the bandwidth to keep chasing tasks to get completed.
