Aim: Reflecting upon the concepts and theories learned from the unit, this assessment requires you to analyze the international business processes of a chosen North American, Latin American, European, and Pacific (Oceania) firm that has invested in the Asian region.

Task: Identify one company from the non-Asian region that invested in any one of the West Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia and Central Asia countries. If the company operates in more than one country, you may choose to focus on one country in the Asian region. The report should demonstrate a systematic strategic analysis of the company, appropriately incorporating concepts from the readings and lecture materials, and propose specific, actionable recommendations.
