Please let me know if you have a translator based in Hong Kong who can go to a lawyer’s office (Notary Public) in Hong Kong and sign a declaration stating a translation is accurate? The translation was done by the client, the translator just needs to check it’s correct and sign at the lawyer’s office. They would have to give their details on the declaration form.
The translator needs to be a native Mandarin speaker and can read and write Traditional Chinese and English.
