Rate or payment information entereWe are a multilingual translation company based in India, currently seeking an experienced English <> Japanese Interpreter to join our professional team for a training session in Kolkata. The training is organized by our client in the Textile Industry, and the role requires the interpreter to assist during both in-house and on-site training sessions.

Location: Kolkata
Dates: 3rd February to 7th February
Client Industry: Textile
Priority: Local candidates from Kolkata are preferred
Training Details: The interpreter will assist in the following training sessions:

In-House Product Training:
Assist in explaining how to check product quality before sending it to the quality management department.

Label Inspection:
Ensure that all necessary information, including fiber content, weave, and care instructions, is correctly mentioned on the label.

Quality Control Process:
Assist in explaining the application of quality control measures throughout the production process.

Stitching and Seam Quality Assessment:
Guide in assessing stitching and seams to ensure they meet design and size specifications.

Fabric Defect Inspection:
Interpret the process of inspecting fabrics for defects such as pilling, color fastness, and stitching quality.

Needle Detector Use:
Provide interpretation for training on the use of needle detectors to ensure customer safety.

On-Site Factory Training:
Assist in the interpretation of quality control guidance provided during on-site factory visits.

Requirements:

Proficiency in both English and Japanese (oral interpretation).
Previous experience in English <> Japanese interpretation, especially in training or technical settings.
Knowledge of the textile industry is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Local candidates based in Kolkata will be given priority.
