Virtual assistant needed for electrical business management

We’re Essex Home Electricians, a successful electrical contracting business based in Basildon, seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our business operations and app-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
– Managing and organizing customer data across platforms (Xero, iPhone contacts)
– Setting up and maintaining standardized processes for:
* Customer complaint handling
* Emergency call-out scheduling
* Quality control tracking
* Customer feedback collection
– Assisting with quote preparation and standardization
– Managing and organizing digital documentation
– Helping track and maintain inventory systems
– Supporting marketing initiatives and customer communication

Required Skills:
– Proven experience with Xero accounting software
– Strong organizational and process development skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Experience with digital tool implementation and management
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
– UK-based preferred (for timezone alignment)
– Experience in trade or service-based business administration is a plus

Hours: 10-15 hours per week initially, with potential to increase
