Education:
– Master’s degree or equivalent in Social Science, Literature, Linguistics, Law, or a related field.
– Alternatively, a first university degree in the above subjects with 7 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
– Certification in translation services from a recognized institution is an advantage.
Experience:
– Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in translation and interpretation services.
– Experience with issues relevant to UN Agency work is preferred.
Language Skills:
– Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and Portuguese.
– Excellent written and oral proficiency in French and Portuguese.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.
