Local Linguist (Arabic & English) for Usability Testing of Tencent Games
◉ Responsibilities
○ As per Tencent facilitators and instructions, work as a participant in the Usability Testing to perform required tasks and activities, mainly including but not limited to (1) behaving as realistic users to download and install games in Arabic from Google Store or APK file provided by Tencent on your mobile phone and (2) recording bugs, errors, and user experiences in English to give feedback.
○ It is a SIMPLE job for ANYONE fluent in Arabic and English.
○ It is URGENT as the recruitment will stop at the end of 13 January 2025 (China Standard Time).
◉ Requirements
1. MUST reside in (1) Kuwait, (2) Bahrain, (3) Jordan, (4) Lebanon, (5) Libya, and (6) Tunisia to use LOCAL INTERNET when carrying on this job.
2. Your mobile phone should be either of the following: Samsung Galaxy z fold 6, Samsung S10+, Huawei nova 3i, xiaomi redmi note 8, Samsung Galaxy S21, Samsung Galaxy a35, Samsung Ultra 22, and similar ones.
3. Fluency in Arabic and English.
4. To communicate with the Tencent team, you MUST be able to (1) use WeChat and WeCom and (2) complete identity verification on WeCom.
5. MUST be able to WORK IMMEDIATELY once selected.
6. Contract to work from home as a freelancer between 10 AM and 10 PM (China Standard Time).

◉ How to Start Working

◉ How to Compute Income
If you take less than ONE hour to complete Tencent’s required work tasks, you will still get ONE-hour payment. If you work more than ONE hour, then your payment is computed by this formulation below:
Payment= Your total work time in minutes*(Hourly rate/ 60 minutes)
◉ How to Apply for Payout
1. Register an account on the designated platform 51yuyan ( https://pai.51yuyan.com/ ) to be recognized as a Lan-Bridge part-time and upload all the required finance information and verified identity for payout.
Platform 51yuyan is managed by Lan-Bridge to record our independent contractors’ information and manage payout, as well as cooperate with other freelancers.
2. Refer to the Payroll Cycle below to apply for your payout in “Withdraws” – “My Wallet” of your center on Platform 51yuyan. And you can read corresponding payslips in “My Wallet”.
Payroll Cycle:
(1)From the 14th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month
You complete and record all the Tencent work tasks
(2)From the 16th to 20th of the current month
① You confirm and send me your work hours and corresponding evidence. I will place the order on 51yuyan.
② You submit a withdrawal request for your payout from the 14th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month on 51yuyan.
(3)By the last day of the current month
You receive your payment.
