We are a small, dynamic translation agency in Egypt seeking a highly organized and proactive Translation Project Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position, exclusive to Egypt-based candidates, with working days from Saturday to Thursday.
As a Translation Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring high-quality delivery while meeting deadlines. You will work closely with translators, editors, and clients to manage workflows using Smartcat, our Translation Management Tool (TMT).
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
▪️Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of translation projects.
▪️Assign tasks to translators, editors, and proofreaders based on their expertise.
▪️Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
▪️Handle client communications, including project updates, queries, and feedback.
▪️Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource utilization.
▪️Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows using Smartcat.
▪️Resolve issues or bottlenecks during the project lifecycle.
🎯 Required Qualifications:
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, or a related field.
▪️Minimum 3 years of experience as a Translation Project Manager.
▪️Proficiency in using translation management tools, especially Smartcat.
▪️Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
▪️Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
▪️Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
▪️Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
▪️A stable internet connection and remote working setup.
▪️ Availability to join the team by Feb 1st.

▪️Experience working in a small or medium-sized translation agency.
▪️Knowledge of CAT tools and familiarity with translation workflows.
▪️Background in translation or linguistic expertise is a plus.
