Norwegian Data labelling

We are looking to hire Norwegian freelancers for a labeling project.
The main task is to convert non-standard characters in daily expressions into their written forms. These non-standard characters usually involve
the conversion of Arabic numerals and letter combinations.
The task is divided into two steps:
1. Identify and label non-standard letters for classification.
2. Convert the identified content into its written form and label it.
For example:
Original sentence: Today is December 25th, 2024.
Labeling: Today is <Date>December 25, 2024</Date>.
Final conversion: Today is <Date>December twenty-fifth twenty twenty-four</Date>.
Please note: The content outside of the tags must be exactly the same as the original, including spelling, punctuation, filler words, etc. External
punctuation marks (such as periods, exclamation marks, and question marks at the end of a sentence) or internal punctuation marks (such as
commas, colons, and semicolons) should not appear inside the tags, unless they are explicitly part of a sequence.
Punctuation should follow immediately after the closing tag. Do not add spaces between the tag and the punctuation mark.
