📌 Position Details:
▪️ Role: Vendor Manager
▪️ Experience Required: 1-2 years in vendor management (preferably within the translation or localization industry)
▪️ Type: Full-time, Remote
▪️ Location: Egypt (candidates must be Egypt-based)
▪️ Start Date: February 1, 2025
📌 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Recruit, onboard, and maintain a network of qualified linguists and vendors.
▪️ Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
▪️ Evaluate vendor performance through regular feedback and assessments.
▪️ Collaborate with project managers to fulfill resource requirements for various projects.
▪️ Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
▪️ Resolve vendor-related issues promptly and professionally.
📌 Qualifications:
▪️ 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the translation or localization industry.
▪️ Strong organizational and communication skills.
▪️ Ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with vendors.
▪️ Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management tools (experience with Protemos is an advantage).
▪️ Egypt-based with the ability to work remotely.
