I am seeking an experienced substantive editor, ideally with an Indian background or familiarity with Indian culture, to refine my manuscript. The book explores themes of gender equality, leadership, and cross-cultural dynamics between the Nordics and India. It blends stories, case studies, and thought leadership essays, requiring your expertise to enhance its flow, structure, and clarity while preserving its voice and purpose.
The manuscript is approximately 70 A4 pages, written in 10-point Calibri font. While some sections are polished and ready to go, others are still a work in progress. Additionally, much of the text has been refined using ChatGPT. It now requires a skilled editor to “humanize” it, ensuring it resonates with a diverse audience and retains a natural, engaging tone.
