I have a client who has 3 documents (total of 6 pages) which need translated from English into Simplified Chinese by a US Translation Agency. These documents will be sent to the Chinese Embassy and require an “official agency seal”.
The PDF documents that needs to be translated into simplified Chinese. (I haven’t sent the files yet.)
– Officer’s Certificate of BRGS (notarized) 3 pages
– Apostille 1 page
– Certificate of Formation 2 pages
The official agency seal will need to be from US translation agency (the US agency that is translating the documents).
How I picture this is as follows:
– Translate the PDF files into a Microsoft Word files, with similar formatting to the original.
– Print the Microsoft Word files (so you can add the seal to each).
– Add / Stamp the seal on each printed file. (3 total)
– Scan each file into a new Chinese PDF.
– E-mail me the Chinese PDFs which include the seal.
If possible, hope we can receive the translation with seal back either Tuesday PM or Wednesday at the latest, as it’s quite urgent.
